Faith A. Bazley

Faith A. Bazley (S’11) was born in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in 1988. She received the B.S. in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, USA, in 2010, and the M.S.E. degree in biomedical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA, in 2012. During graduate studies, she focused on investigating the evolution of plasticity at the sensory cortex following injury using electrophysiology techniques, primarily somatosensory evoked potentials. She also studied the effects of hypothermia and stem cells for treatment of spinal cord injury and restoration of motor function.

Since then, she worked in the Singapore Institute for Neurotechnology (SINAPSE) as Project Manager of the Neuroprosthesis program.
