Marianne Severens

Marianne Severens received the masters degree in movement sciences from Maastricht University, Maastricht, The Netherlands, and cognitive neurosciences from the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour, Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Her Ph.D. project was a cooperation between the Sint Maartenskliniek and the Donders Centre for Cognition in which she investigated tactile stimulation for brain–computer interfaces (BCI) and possibilities of using BCI for the rehabilitation of gait.

She is now working as a Clinical Informatics Trainee at the Catharina Hospital and Technical University Eindhoven.
