Ursula van Rienen

Ursula van Rienen (M’01) received the venia legendi for the fields ”Electromagnetic Field Theory” and ”Scientific Computing” at the Technische Universit¨at Darmstadt. Since 1997, she holds the chair in ”Electromagnetic Field Theory” at the University of Rostock. Her research work is focused on computational electromagnetics with various applications, ranging from biomedical engineering to accelerator physics.
