Zachary T. Irwin (S’ 14) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, the M.S.E. degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, and a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Michigan. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alabama Birmingham.
His research focuses on the extraction of neuroprosthetic control signals for the purpose of dexterous finger and hand movements.
